Studio Terms and Conditions 

  1. Trials (Accelerate and Get Sweatin’) are intended for new clients (and returning clients at our discretion)

    Credits relating to the Accelerate Trial are valid for up to 4 weeks from the date of the first session. Credits relating to the get Sweatin’ class Trial are valid for up to 3 weeks from the date of the first session.

  2. All class and personal training payments should be made in advance via our website/booking app, or a payment link provided in advance of your session/start of block or program

  3. Class memberships can be purchased at any time with renewals due on the same day of the next month. Class memberships (Sweat + / Sweat Life/ Gym Class Hero / Full On Sweat are monthly rolling agreements, and payment will be due each calendar month for the duration of the term. The membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless one month’s notice is given to end the agreement. No refunds can be given for Memberships, they cannot be transferred to another person and they cannot be paused part-way through the term.

  4. Programs (Goal Getter / Sweat X) are rolling monthly, with automated payments. Notice to cancel must be provided at least 48 hours in advance of the monthly charge for the agreement to end and payment to be cancelled. Programs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  5. Class Credits and PT Sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

  6. Personal Training: blocks cannot be extended unless there are genuinely extenuating circumstances or otherwise agreed in advance of the block starting. Blocks and programs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  7. Sweat management ultimately manages all bookings and reserves the right to manage attendance and participation across all classes.

  8. There may be occasions when Sweat management determines that particular classes aren’t suitable for a client and will manage the risks posed by existing injury, risk of injury, over-training, pregnancy, and any other factors. We will also advise on and restrict class attendance in the event a client is deemed to be over-training.

  9. There will be no discounts or refunds issued for any class cancellations due to bank holidays, sickness, scheduled holidays, timetable alterations, lockdowns or enforced closures.

  10. We reserve the right to make alterations to the class and studio timetable at any time. This may include classes being removed from the timetable and times and locations of classes being altered.

  11. Whilst we do restrict the total number of members we have, memberships do not guarantee space in classes or studio sessions.

  12. All classes and studio sessions require pre-booking and booking may close in advance to enable our team and instructors to properly plan their classes and sessions.

  13. Class participation requires being present for the class warm-up.

  14. All participants will be required to complete a ‘Participation Questionnaire’ prior to the commencement of their first session and should advise if any answers to the questions change over time. Clients should also advise of any injuries or illnesses that may affect their participation in class.

Tower Run Terms and Conditions

  1. The event known as Power Up The Tower is owned and operated by Sweat Ltd.

  2. Sweat Ltd accepts no liability for injury or accident, death, loss or damage. Entering & participating in this event is entirely at the participants own risk.  By entering online, the participant is agreeing to this disclaimer. The participant understands that Sweat Ltd will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or death from participating in this event. The participant is confirming they are medically fit to participate and is unaware of any health or other condition which may affect your ability to safely take part.

  3. The minimum age for a participant is 16 years old. Events will be marshalled, and the participant agrees to adhere to the instructions at all times during the event for their own safety.  The company can delay or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, advisories from government bodies or the host venue. No refunds will be available in case of such unforeseen circumstances, but tickets may be transferred to a later date.

  4. All tickets are subject to an additional online booking fee.

  5. Tickets may be refunded within 7 days of purchase only. Tickets may be transferred to another party at an admin cost of £5.
