It means working 1-1 with highly-skilled and committed professionals to help you achieve your individual goals in an environment free from the typical gym crowds or any additional fees.

 

Our team of expert professionals boast a range of specialist skills and qualifications and are constantly motivated to improve their knowledge and skill. We’re not filling our gym mindlessly with trainers; Instead, we’re committed to keeping our team small but strong.

We offer a private and comfortable environment, free from the usual gym crowds and without any sign-up or membership fees; occupying over 3,000 sq ft, we’re the only facility of our kind in Portsmouth and Southsea.

At SWEAT Southsea, you'll find everything you need to achieve your goals and enjoy diverse workouts; TRX suspension trainers, Concept 2 rowing machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and squat racks alongside a full range of functional fitness equipment such as plyometric boxes, sandbags, medicine balls and battle ropes. There's also plenty of space for bodyweight, Barre, Pilates and Boxing sessions.

So whether your goals are big event or big day orientated, you’re looking to reduce body fat, gain lean muscle or you’re rehabilitating from injury, we can help.
