  • We offer a private and comfortable environment, free from the usual gym crowds and without any sign-up or membership fees. Occupying over 3,000 sq ft, we’re the only facility of our kind in Portsmouth and Southsea.

  • You'll find everything you need to achieve your goals and enjoy diverse workouts; TRX, Concept 2 rowing machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and squat racks alongside a full range of functional fitness equipment such as plyometric boxes, sandbags, medicine balls and battle ropes. There's also plenty of space for bodyweight, Barre, Pilates and Boxing sessions.
