IMPACT

Our high-impact HIIT session with a focus on big compound exercises for a total body workout. TRX, Kettlebells, Steps and Slam Balls make up our kit-list for this fast-paced, high-intensity workout.

Our early morning sessions run 6:15am-6:55am Monday-Friday and 7:30am-8:15am Saturday. We’ve also a Wednesday evening class.
