Our client Cate has been training with us once a week for some time. Cate is a keen and frequent runner but has a desk job and so the regular 1-1 session helps keep Cate accountable and on track. I remember Cate coming to a running workshop I hosted and she was full of questions… and scepticism. Fast forward a few months and having asked Cate to trust my processes.. here she is, the hard work pays off
Cate entered her first ever race… a 10k and ran it in 57.55!
And this followed this up with a PB 28.37 Parkrun this past Saturday!
I was super confident that we would help Cate to run sub 30 minute Parkruns consistently. Single-leg strength, fitness levels and confidence building helped her achieve her goals alongside Commitment. Cate has shown commitment over a period of time and this is what makes all the difference.
