Flow, Yin & Power

Flow will vary from teacher to teacher. This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to indulge in their practice or be introduced to yoga.

Yin is a passive practice, with long-held floor poses and deep attention to mindfulness and mindful breathing. You’ll emerge feeling centred, balanced and relaxed.

Power is a fast-paced practice, building heat and exploring challenging postures. Classes are dynamic and challenging.

Janessa

Janessa is a Yoga Teacher (RYT200), health psychology trainee, and content writer. Being trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, she focuses on dynamic flows with a strong emphasis on synchronising breath with movements.

Her classes aspire to help you bridge the gap between your mind, heart, and body. Whether it’s a power session or yin flow, she guides you in feeling centered, empowered, and more connected with yourself.

Jilly St John

“Practicing yoga for 10 years, now a 200Hr ActiveIQ certified instructor. Yoga has provided me with medicine, insight, strength & endurance not only physically but in life. It’s prepared me for and led me on adventures I could never have conceived.
I believe for any house to stand the test of time it must have a good foundation, be that for mental & emotional well-being or wanting to enhance your own practice or sporting abilities.
