Yasmin Antonia

Yasmin has always had a passion for fitness and exercise, playing a variety of sports over the years but now focuses more on gym-based exercise. Always keen to further develop her knowledge, Yasmin is now working towards her Strength and Conditioning qualifications.

Yasmin enjoys making every session different believing that exercise shouldn't be boring or considered a chore. Yasmin is a highly skilled instructor and her sessions are fun and unpredictable and her extensive knowledge helps her adapt exercises to suit each individual. Yasmin enjoys motivating and encouraging people to adhere to exercise to make it part of their lifestyle, rather than a one off event.

Yasmin is focused on gaining knowledge and understanding in all aspects of sport and exercise and keeps up with new developments in research so that she can provide the best information and advice to her clients.

Yasmin is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, TRX® certified suspension trainer, Boxercise® Instructor and is also qualified in Exercise Referral and Level 2 Sports Massage Therapy.

Yasmin recently completed her Degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth. Yasmin is focused on gaining knowledge and understanding in all aspects of sport and exercise and keeps up with new developments in research so that she can provide the best information and advice to her clients.
