The workshop returns taking place over three Saturday's:
Saturday 29th July, Saturday 5th August and Saturday 12th August.
11:30am - 1:30pm
Participants should attend all three sessions
Participants will develop the skills and confidence to use free-weights independently and will learn how to devise their own gym plans. The workshop is aimed at beginners and so no experience is necessary and as with everything at SWEAT, no memberships are required.
