Sports Therapy + Physiotherapy

Our specialists, through treatment and exercise, help restore and optimise physical function and overall wellbeing. With Sports Therapy and Physiotherapy, Sports Massage Therapy and 1-1 Pilates all on offer, two spacious treatment rooms, a private and functional gym and a committed team of experts, we are one of the leading destinations for Sports Injury Rehabilitation in Hampshire.

The role of Sports Therapy + Physiotherapy

Initially, our Therapists will test the degree of function – including range of motion, strength and load-bearing capability. After an in-depth assessment of the injured area and surrounding tissues, manual therapy techniques such as massage and manipulation will be applied to ease any pain or stiffness. Following this, a comprehensive programme of remedial exercises to help mobilise, strengthen and/or improve flexibility as required will be specifically created. A progressive programme and ongoing assessment is central to a successful recovery from injury and our Therapists will help ensure your technique and exercise intensity is correct throughout.

Appointments are available Monday - Saturday, including evenings Monday - Thursday
