SWEAT Outdoors isn't your usual 'bootcamp'. We are proud of delivering excellent supervision and guidance from fully qualified Personal Trainers and every week brings something different. We encourage everyone to work as hard as they individually can. Sessions are tailored so that beginners are always welcome and everybody regardless of fitness levels will work to their maximum.
