Monday - Friday | 6:15am - 6:55am

Saturday | 7:30am - 8:10am

Evening IMPACT: Classes are extended to 50 minutes and you can expect possibly the toughest workout on our schedule.

Tuesday 7:30pm

Wednesday 6:30pm
