Our morning IMPACT classes are fat-burning, HIIT sessions. Train pre-breakfast with a focus on big compound exercises for a total body workout utilising just a mat, kettlebell, TRX and medicine ball!

Evening IMPACT takes the place of HIIT TRX.
Classes are 50 minutes and you can expect the toughest workout on our schedule.
