Morning IMPACT

Set your alarm for 6 and be on your way home for 7.

Our morning IMPACT classes are fat-burning, HIIT sessions. Train pre-breakfast with a focus on big compound exercises for a total body workout utilising just a mat, kettlebell, TRX and medicine ball!

Monday - Friday | 6:15am - 6:55am

Saturday | 7:30am

Class capacity: 8 | Duration: 40 mins

 

Evening IMPACT takes the place of HIIT TRX.

Classes are 50 minutes and you can expect the toughest workout on our schedule.

Tuesday 7:30pm | Wednesday and Thursday 6:30pm
