Welcome to SWEAT Southsea, home to bespoke classes and a private gym dedicated to personal training and sports injury rehabilitation. 


Our studio classes, with capacities of between just eight and ten participants are led by passionate, highly skilled and knowledgable instructors. We have a range of booking options to offer total flexibility for our clients; you can choose to pay-as-you-go, pay weekly, monthly or even annually.

Our personal training and sports injury rehabilitation clients enjoy a private and comfortable environment, free from the usual gym crowds and without incurring any sign-up or membership fees. Our Sports Injury Clinic has two spacious and comfortable treatment rooms with Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy and Sports Massage all on offer.

As well as Mummy+Me and Bump+Barre classes, we offer Pregnancy Massage, and Specialist Personal Training for mums-to-be and new mums. There are also times when we offer Bring your Baby PT and small group sessions!

Favourite class - Bars+Bells. Favourite thing - the relaxed social atmosphere. Sweat doesn’t feel like a typical gym. The classes are a good laugh, and a really good workout which they scale to everyone’s ability. It makes getting fit fun
