SWEAT Outdoors

Our midweek SWEAT Outdoors returns for the summer months of June, July and August. SWEAT Outdoors isn't your usual 'bootcamp'. We are proud of delivering excellent supervision and guidance from fully qualified Personal Trainers and every week brings something different. We encourage everyone to work as hard as they individually can. Sessions are tailored so that beginners are always welcome and everybody regardless of fitness levels will work to their maximum. Our Summer midweek SWEAT Outdoors takes place on Wednesday's 6:30pm | 1 hour | £5/£4 with SWEAT Benefits
