- Learn highly effective TRX exercises for single-leg strengthening
- Gain knowledge of home and gym based exercises to further improve strength and stability of the lower limbs
- Understand the correct jumping/landing mechanics and techniques
- Prevent injury by implementing stretching programme for before and after exercise
- Improve balance
The course will be delivered by George Rentoul who graduated in Sports Therapy at The University of Chichester in 2016 and has built a reputation as a highly skilled and committed therapist working with SWEAT Southsea and Up and Running as well as local schools and sports teams.
