Whether you're training for the Great South Run or a Marathon, Luke has the experience and know-how to help you devise highly successful mileage and training plans.
Over the past four years Luke has helped countless runners, both serious and recreational, achieve PB's in events such as The GSR, London Marathons and numerous Ultra Runs. Participants will learn how to build and execute a mileage plan as well as the most effective exercises and methods of training to assist in your training and to keep you injury-free.
This 60 minute workshop is open to 15 participants and is free to attend - pre-registration required.
