Join highly-skilled graduate Sports Therapist Hollie Charles for the return of our popular Learn to Lift Workshop.

In a brand new format, participants will:

  • Learn how to safely, effectively and confidently perform Barbell Squats and Barbell Deadlifts

  • Learn how to devise their own gym workouts

The bi-monthly workshop is free to attend and is aimed at beginners with no experience necessary. Spaces are strictly limited!
