Exercising during Pregnancy Workshop

Exercising through pregnancy can help women to experience shorter and easier labours, help women get back into shape quicker after birth, decrease stress and anxiety and boost energy levels which are depleted during pregnancy. Join Lexie Cunningham and Lily Holloway for our 90 minute 'Exercising during Pregnancy' workshop which will help you understand the benefits of exercising through pregnancy whilst teaching you the safe and effective methods through each trimester as well what to avoid. There will be a specially structured Pilates session and hand-outs. Saturday 26th May | 10:30am - Midday | £19
