Our 'Introduction to free-weights, Workshop for women' returns taking place over three Saturday's:
Saturday 29th July, Saturday 5th August and Saturday 12th August.
11:30am - 1:30pm
Participants should attend all three sessions
Participants will develop the skills and confidence to use free-weights independently and will learn how to devise their own gym plans. The workshop is aimed at beginners and so no experience is necessary and as with everything at SWEAT, no memberships are required.
SWEAT Personal Trainer Max Eacott is raising money for charity Breast Cancer Now by taking on the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 – a 100-mile cycling challenge on closed roads.
The challenge takes place on Sunday 30th July and Max's target is £650.
Following the success of our first Triage event, we are delighted to announce the a follow up event on Saturday 5th August 2017.
