More than just a series of postures, this 2000-year-old practice combines breathing, movements and mediation (just to start) to raise our awareness of our behaviour and increase our wellbeing.

The health benefits of yoga are endless. And the best part? Absolutely everyone can enjoy yoga. Traditionally starting with a few moments to focus on yourself, a SWEAT Yoga class will provide an opportunity to really listen to what your body is telling you. With a series of asanas or postures the body is challenged in strength, flexibility and endurance. We feel this is a great metaphor for life!

We believe that yoga should promote smiles, so expect to grin through your challenges with a light-hearted approach.

Cancellation Policy: SWEAT Southsea operates a 12 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge you for a late cancellation should you be unable to notify us within the 12 hours. We keep our class sizes small and this policy enables us to ensure spaces don’t go to waste. If you're booking on somebody else's behalf, you'll be liable for any late cancellation/no show charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-cardholders can book 3 days in advance. You don't need to be a member to enjoy our classes but exclusive discounts and priority booking are available through our SWEAT Benefits membership. Cardholders receive £1 off every single-class booking, exclusive access to the weekly 3 for £20 bundle and priority access to class bookings.
