TRX Suspension Training

HIIT TRX

The SWEAT team pairs its High Intensity Interval Training with TRX suspension training to deliver an intense full body workout which will help improve athletic performance, core strength and overall fitness levels. These classes are taken by official TRX certified instructors.

Classes are payable by cash, card or Apple Pay.


Cancellation Policy: SWEAT Southsea operates a 12 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge you for a late cancellation should you be unable to notify us within the 12 hours. We keep our class sizes small and this policy enables us to ensure spaces don’t go to waste. If you're booking on somebody else's behalf, you'll be liable for any late cancellation/no show charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-cardholders can book 3 days in advance. You don't need to be a member to enjoy our classes but exclusive discounts and priority booking are available through our SWEAT Benefits membership. Cardholders receive £1 off every single-class booking, exclusive access to the weekly 3 for £20 bundle and priority access to class bookings.


TRX Conditioning

SWEAT’s TRX Conditioning classes are led by personal trainers and official TRX certified instructors Abbie Ricketts and Lily Holloway. The TRX is used to improve strength and balance.
