SWEAT’s Pilates classes offer a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Movements are underpinned by basic principles which are based in modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and most effective exercise methods available. Pilates uses targeted exercises to create a holistic workout requiring the full attention of body and mind.

(Those with medical issues are invited to book in for 1-1 or small group private sessions, and to look out for upcoming workshops)

Cancellation Policy: SWEAT Southsea operates a 12 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge you for a late cancellation should you be unable to notify us within the 12 hours. We keep our class sizes small and this policy enables us to ensure spaces don’t go to waste. If you're booking on somebody else's behalf, you'll be liable for any late cancellation/no show charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-cardholders can book 3 days in advance. You don't need to be a member to enjoy our classes but exclusive discounts and priority booking are available through our SWEAT Benefits membership. Cardholders receive £1 off every single-class booking, exclusive access to the weekly 3 for £20 bundle and priority access to class bookings.
