In Bars + Bells, SWEAT teams Kettlebells with additional equipment such as barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands to deliver a demanding total body workout.
Centuries old, the origin and history of the kettlebell is widely debated, but the effectiveness of an expertly designed kettlebell workout remains indisputable. With a capacity of just eight participants, we offer a safe and highly effective environment for a free-weight based class. Beginners are always welcome.

Cancellation Policy: SWEAT Southsea operates a 12 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge you for a late cancellation should you be unable to notify us within the 12 hours. We keep our class sizes small and this policy enables us to ensure spaces don’t go to waste. If you're booking on somebody else's behalf, you'll be liable for any late cancellation/no show charge. Thank you for your understanding.
