HIIT TRX

In HIIT TRX, we pair High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with TRX suspension training to deliver an intense full body workout which will help improve athletic performance, core strength and overall fitness levels. HIIT TRX is a high impact and high intensity class - expect to push yourself to your limits.

TRX Conditioning

The TRX is used alongside a wide range of bodyweight exercises to improve muscular strength, core stability and balance in a total-body conditioning workout that is designed to help you move and feel better. TRX Conditioning is a low impact class with simple adaptations to suit your desired intensity level.

TRX Barre

We combine elements of our signature Barre classes and TRX training. The TRX handles and straps replace the studio Barre to help improve muscular strength, athletic performance and balance. With your muscles under tension for longer periods of time, you can expect to feel the burn throughout a total body conditioning workout.

 Pilates will help to improve your core strength, key in protecting the spine and will help to remove imbalances within the body which may predispose you to injury. Pilates will also help you improve posture, balance and flexibility.

Our Pilates classes offer a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates.

Movements are underpinned by basic principles which are based in modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and most effective exercise methods available.

Bars+Bells

In Bars+Bells, we team Kettlebells with equipment such as barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands to deliver a demanding total body workout. With a capacity of just ten participants, we offer a safe and highly effective environment for a free-weight based class.

Circuits

A functional workout at its best, our Circuits classes take place in a functional training zone so expect battle ropes and slam balls, plyometric boxes and sandbags, TRX, and a whole range of body-weight exercises. Quality technique and self-progression is the focus. Beginners always welcome, we encourage everyone to work to their own intensity.

SWEAT Outdoors

Outdoors isn't your usual 'bootcamp'. We are proud of delivering excellent supervision and guidance from fully qualified Personal Trainers and every week brings something different. We encourage everyone to work as hard as they individually can. Sessions are tailored so that beginners are always welcome and everybody regardless of fitness levels will work to their maximum. There's no bibs and we'll even learn your name!

Cancellation Policy: SWEAT Southsea operates a 12 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge you for a late cancellation should you be unable to notify us within the 12 hours. We keep our class sizes small and this policy enables us to ensure spaces don’t go to waste. If you're booking on somebody else's behalf, you'll be liable for any late cancellation/no show charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-cardholders can book 3 days in advance. You don't need to be a member to enjoy our classes but exclusive discounts and priority booking are available through our SWEAT Benefits membership. Cardholders receive £1 off every single-class booking and exclusive access to the weekly 3 class bundle.
