 Our high-impact HIIT session with a focus on big compound exercises for a total body workout. You’ll use TRX, a medicine ball, kettlebell and a mat.  Our early morning sessions run 6:15am-6:55am Monday-Friday and 7:30am-8:10am Saturday. Evening IMPACT sessions are 50 mins.

 In our functional Circuits class, you can expect battle ropes and slam balls, plyometric boxes and sandbags, TRX and a wide range of bodyweight exercises.  With smart progressions and regressions, our Circuit classes can be adapted to ensure the perfect environment regardless of fitness levels

 In Bars+Bells, we team Kettlebells with Barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands to deliver a demanding total body workout.  With a capacity of just nine participants, we offer a safe and highly-effective environment for a free-weights based class.

 SWEAT Outdoors isn't your usual 'bootcamp'. With excellent supervision and guidance from fully qualified Personal Trainers, each week brings something different. We encourage everyone to work as hard as they individually can. Sessions are tailored so that beginners are always welcome and everybody regardless of fitness levels will work to their maximum.
