A functional workout at its best, our Circuits classes take place in a dedicated functional training zone so expect battle ropes and slam balls, plyometric boxes and sandbags, TRX, and a whole range of body-weight exercises.

Quality technique and self-progression is the focus. Beginners are always welcome; we encourage everyone to work to their own intensity.
